Ingredients:

  • 350 g flour
  • 70 g cocoa
  • 180 g sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 280 ml water
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Mix the flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda and salt.
  3. Mix water, oil, vanilla and vinegar. Add to dry ingredients.
  4. Beat quickly to thoroughly incorporate everything.
  5. Pour into prepared Bundt pan. Bake 45 minutes.
  6. Cool completely before un-moulding.
