Chocolate Fudge Cake With Peanutbutter Icing

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup peanutbutter (i add a bit more as i love apox.1/2 cup)
  • 4-5 tablspoons milk(use more if you add more peanutbutter apox 6)

Directions:

  1. Cake:
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Grease n flour 13x9 pan or 2 9 round cake pans.
  4. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
  5. Add eggs milk oil n vanilla.
  6. Beat on meduim speed 2 minutes.
  7. Stir in boiling water.(batter will be thin)
  8. Pour into prepapred pan
  9. Bake 30-35 minutes or until cake test done.
  10. Cool Completely, then frost.
  11. Icing:
  12. Blend peanutbutter n powdered sugar in bowl.
  13. Add enough milk to make a creamy consisitency.
