Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 1/4 cups light brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine crisco, brown sugar, milk, and vanilla.
  3. Beat at medium speed until well blended.
  4. Add egg.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Combine flour, salt, and baking soda.
  7. Add to creamed mix and mix well.
  8. Roll into balls an slightly flatten with fork.
  9. Bake at 375 degrees for 7-8 minutes.
