Directions:

  1. Mix or blend egg yolks, maple syrup, soy yogurt, soy milk, and vanilla.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker, following the instructions of the machine or cover and place final mixture in the freezer and stir every 15 minutes until desired thickness.
  3. You can always add your favorite fruits, such as ripe or frozen raspberries and strawberries, nuts, ginger, or even instant coffee (diluted in soy milk during preparation).
