Ingredients:

  • 1 large onion
  • 1 (10 oz) can beef broth
  • 1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 oz) can mushrooms (i often use fresh)
  • 3/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Chop and saute onion and green pepper.
  3. Stir everything together in over safe casserole dish.
  4. Bake 1 hour, stirring when it boils.
  5. Bake for 1 hour in.
