Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup cream
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice

Directions:

  1. Place the milk, cream, pumpkin, pumpkin spice and the maple syrup in a saucepan. Place the pan over medium heat. Whisk to combine the ingredients as warming.
  2. Once the mixture is starting to steam, it is time to remove the pan from the heat.
  3. Once the saucepan is away from the heat source, stir in the vanilla. Use the whisk to mix it in with other ingredients.
  4. Once the vanilla is thoroughly blended with the mixture, then strain the ingredients through a sieve that is composed of fine mesh.
  5. Place the creamer in a mason jar and store it until ready for use.
  6. Add a tablespoon to a cup of coffee.
  7. You may add 1 teaspoon cinnamon after removing from the heat. You can top the coffee with whipped cream. For cold coffee add 6 ice cubes to a blender mix until icy texture.
