Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place 4 layers of cheesecloth over a bowl. (secure cheesecloth around the bowl with a rubberband)
  2. Spoon yogurt onto cheesecloth. Leave for about an hour to drain. just leave on the counter- it won't go bad.
  3. When the yogurt is thick enough trasfer to a clean bowl
  4. Add all ingredients and mix well.
  5. Chill at least an hour in the fridge.
  6. Serve with greek pita , as a sauce for lamb or on salad.
