Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat your waffle iron.
  2. Combine buttermilk through dried onions.
  3. Let stand 10 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients (flour through salt).
  5. Add wet ingredients.
  6. Mix with a fork. Do not over mix, the batter will be lumpy.
  7. Spoon onto waffle iron.
  8. Cook until golden brown.
