Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 15 potatoes baked , potato scooped out
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • salt/pepper totaste
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 8 (oz) packet of shredded cheese

Directions:

  1. 1. Place the scooped out potato, butter, salt/pepper, 1 cup of cheese, milk, cream and garlic in a bowl and mash well together.
  2. 2. You can either pipe the mixture or spoon the mixture back into the potato skin and sprinkle with the paprika and chives and remaining cheese
  3. 3. You can place them back in a preheated oven 350 degrees f for about 20 minuted to warm through and then serve
