Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1/4 cup real bacon pieces
  • 2 tbsp chives

Directions:

  1. Wash potatoes and wrap in aluminum foil
  2. Bake in oven 1 hour at 350 degrees
  3. Once potatoes are tender slice lengthwise in half
  4. Scoop out the center and keep the skins
  5. Put the center in a large mixing bowl
  6. Using a mixer beat in all ingredients except for half the cheese and half the chives until blended
  7. Put mixture back into the skins
  8. Top with remaining cheese and chives and bake in oven 10 mins or until the cheese melts
