Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Remove segments from membrane of grapefruit and orange; slice pineapple.
  2. Cut marshmallows and cherries into eighths.
  3. Soak marshmallows and coconut in maraschino juice.
  4. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in sugar.
  5. Combine with fruits and coconut marshmallow mixture. Freeze until firm.
  6. For an extra taste treat add 1 Tbsp of brandy or some people like to add 1/2 cup of seedless raisins.
