Wonderful N Heart Healthy  Grapefruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • wonderful n heart healthy grapefruit salad
  • (if on certain heart and cholesterol meds, a person
  • should check with dr. --prior to consuming very large amounts
  • of grapefruit , otherwise this is very healthy and supplies
  • some needed healthy fats.)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut
  • avacado slices (optional)
  • cherry halves: (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cut between the membranes to easily release the sections.
  2. Combine the fruit sections in a bowl and gently toss with the brown sugar and coconut.
  3. Arrange on individual plates and sprinkle with macadamia nuts.
  4. Accent -serve with Avacado slices and/or cherry halves: (optional) .
