Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat sugar and eggs together till smooth ( ca 10 min).
  2. Whisk floor and baking powder and vanille sugar together, add to sugar egg mixture and keep beating till the dough is firm.
  3. Combine honey and nuts in a bowl for the filling.
  4. Roll out the dough of thickness 1/2 cm, cut in circles of ca 15 cm.
  5. Combine egg yolks with 1 tbs water and beat slightly with a fork.
  6. Put a spoonful of filling on each circle half, fold to a half moon, or use turnover flipper, wet edges and press to seal.
  7. Brush top with egg yolk water mixture, continue till dough and filling are done.
  8. Brush a baking pan with olive oil, cover bottom with baking paper, put turnovers in the pan.
  9. Preheat oven to 175 C and bake for 30 min.
  10. Cool and top with confectionner sugar.
