Turn It on and Walk Away Crock Pot Roast

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 (2 oz) package dry onion soup mix
  • seasoning, any you might want to add

Directions:

  1. Slice onion; place half of the slices in bottom of crock pot.
  2. Place roast on top of onions.
  3. Season as desired.
  4. Pour onion soup mix on top.
  5. Arrange remaining onion slices on top.
  6. DO NOT ADD WATER!
  7. Cook on LOW for at least 8, but up to 12 hours-the longer the better!
