Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients except ketchup.
  3. Put mixture into loaf pan.
  4. Spread ketchup across top of loaf.
  5. Bake for 1 to 1 1/4 hours until meat is done.
