Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Saute onions in small skillet (sprayed with Pam or other nonfat cooking spray) for 5 - 7 minutes or until translucent. Allow to cool for handling
  3. Combine first 8 ingredients plus 4 tbsp of ketchup in a medium sized bowl. Mix with your hands until well combined.
  4. Place in 8x4 loak pan lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Combine remaining 2 tbsp of kepchup and all of tabasco and cover top of meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until internal temperature of meatloaf reaches 165 degrees F.
