Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta to al dente in lightly salted water, drain place in 9 x 1`3 casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray
  2. Melt smart balance in 3 qt saucepan and saute onions
  3. Add flour and stir to blend
  4. Stir in milk and broth and white pepper
  5. Heat to boil
  6. Remove from heat and add 1 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  7. Add peas , mushrooms and turkey to sauce
  8. Mix with pasta
  9. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese
  10. Bake at 350* for 45 - 60 min until lightly browned
