Turkey Spinach Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown ground turkey in frying pan
  2. Chop baby spinach and sautee in olive oil
  3. Cut squash in half and bake squash in oven for 50min or until fork tender.
  4. Combine and mix turkey, spinach, squash, onion and chicken stock in a casserole dish
  5. Top mixture with cheddar cheese
  6. Bake covered foor 20 min at 375
  7. Remove cover and continue baking for 10 min
