Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp. worestshire sause
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. tarrogon
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients and let set for 1 hour to blend flavors.
  2. Heat pan on medium heat.
  3. Add 1 or 2 T vegtable or olive oil
  4. Make patties and fry for about 6 or 7 minutes on each side.
