Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place bulgur in a bowl and stir in water.
  2. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed.
  3. Squeeze dry.
  4. In a nonstick skillet, cook turkey over medium heat until it is no longer pink, drain.
  5. Add cottage cheese, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, and bulgur.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Stuff into uncooked shells.
  8. Arrange into a 13x9x2 baking dish coated with non stick spray.
  9. Combine spaghetti sauce and water, pour over shells.
  10. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until shells are tender and sauce is bubbly.
  11. Uncover, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  12. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
