Turkey Ham Cheese And Egg Mcmuffins

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut english muffins in half and toast them.
  2. Place about 2 teaspoons of nonfat margarine or butter in a nonstick pan.
  3. Melt margarine.
  4. Crack open the 3 eggs, breaking the yolk if desired.
  5. Once the eggs are about done, Place cheese slice over the eggs and put the lid on the pan. Turn off the heat.
  6. The heat in the pan will melt the cheese on the eggs
  7. In the other skillet place the 6 slices of turkey ham and heat until the turkey ham is warm.
  8. If you would like to butter your english muffin first, you go right ahead
  9. Place the turkey ham on half of the english muffin
  10. Slide the cooked eggs out of the skillet and carefully place over the turkey ham.
  11. Cover with the other half of the english muffin
  12. If baking several of these, you can wrap them up in foil and put in the oven after assembling.
