Turkey Burgers With Mango Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs turkey
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • salt , to taste
  • pepper , to taste
  • 1 -2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tbsp lime

Directions:

  1. Mix together turkey burger ingredients.
  2. Heat oil in skillet.
  3. Add turkey burgers and cook until brown on both sides.
  4. For sauce: Puree mango and other ingredients in a processor or blender.
  5. Serve sauce over burgers.
