Turkey Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown turkey in pan. Use a spray of pan so meat doesn't stick.
  2. Add shredded potatoes and broccoli.
  3. Cook until heated.
  4. Put meat mixture in baking dish.
  5. Combine miracle whip, eggs and broth in separate bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Pour liquid mixture over meat mixture in baking dish.
  7. Add seasoning to taste.
  8. Sprinkle low-fat cheese over top before baking if desired. Might raise calorie count a bit.
  9. Bake at 400 for 30-45 minutes.
