Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 3/4 oz flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cups chicken broth (for soup)

Directions:

  1. Bring broth, butter and salt to a boil. Add flour and mix with hand mixer until it separates into big pearls. Work in one egg at a time. Put dough into zip top bag, snip a corner and pipe into chicken broth.
