  1. Combine cereal, onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and egg white. Let stand until cereal softens (approximately 3-4 minutes). Gently stir in ground turkey and portion mixture into six patties; over-mixing will toughen the meat.
  2. Grill, broil, or pan fry about 4 minutes on each side or until browned and no longer pink (170 F°).
