High Fiber Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 medium bananas
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/3 cup walnuts

Directions:

  1. Soak cereal in milk
  2. Beat butter and sugar
  3. Add eggs & vanilla
  4. Mix in banana & fiber cereal
  5. Add flour & rest of ingredient justb til moistened
  6. Bake at 350 in oiled pan for 50 - 60 min
  7. Remove from pan after cooling 10 min.
