Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare a hot fire.
  2. Place turkey in a large bowl and quickly mix in cream, cheese, basil, salt and pepper.
  3. Lightly form into 6 patties.
  4. Place patties on an oiled grill. Grill, turning, until well browned and no longer pink in the center, 16-20 minutes.
