Ingredients:

  • 1, can tuna drained
  • 3 tbsp mayonaisse
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves chapped
  • 2 tsp chilly sauce or a few drops of tobasco
  • dash of wostershire sauce
  • 1 small cucumber sliced .
  • 6 slices of bread(your choice )
  • salt/blk,pepper to season.

Directions:

  1. Drain and flake the tuna.
  2. Mix,the mayo,calery,chilly sauce,coriander leaves,wostersauce and lemon juice.
  3. Peel and thinly slice the cucumber.
  4. Now maix in the flaked tuna with the mayo mixture,add a bit more of mayo if spread is not moist enough.
  5. Season to taste with salt and blk pepper powder.
  6. Arrange 2-3 slices of bread(your choice,you can use a roll,cob or as a filling for a sub).
  7. Put the thinly sliced cucumber on top,spread the mixture,cover with the other slice,cut into two.
  8. Serve with chips or as it is.
  9. Enjoy.....
