Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine rice and margarine in a small Dutch oven.
  2. Cook over medium heat 2 minutes or until rice is transparent.
  3. Add green onions, and cook 1 minute or until tender.
  4. Stir in water.
  5. Cover and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat to low, and cook 20 minutes or until water is absorbed.
  7. Add Oriental vegetables.
  8. Continue to cook over low heat 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  9. Fold in tuna and soy sauce.
  10. Serve hot.
