Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1. Boil small potato for about 12mins.
  2. 2. While potato is cooking mix the tuna, egg, chopped parsley, salt, breadcrumbs, and the small onion.
  3. 3. When potato is done mash it (DONT add milk or butter). add tun and mix all together.
  4. 4. If it seems to soft add another handful of crumbs and mix through.
  5. 5. Form tuna mix into patties and coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. 6. Punt on tray or plate and put in fridge until ready to fry.
