Traditional Potato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs small red potatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 sprig mint
  • 1 cup 35% cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cook potatoes in salted water with the garlic and mint.
  2. Drain, discarding garlic and mint.
  3. Allow to cool.
  4. Cut potatoes into quarters; place in a bowl.
  5. Mix together dressing ingredients.
  6. Pour over potatoes.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
