  1. In a large stock pan, fry bacon till crispy. Add onion and garlic in with bacon and grease and stir till caramelized, add cabbage and carrots. Stir continuously for about 10 minutes. Add ginger, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, sugar and paprika, soy sauce. and meat. Cover, lower heat and continue cooking for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Allow mixture to cool before wrapping.
  2. Fill the first egg roll wrapper with about 1/4 cup of filling. Fold the corners in first, then roll the wrap, sealing the final loose end with egg white. Set aside. Repeat until you’ve made the desired number of egg rolls.
  3. Fry the egg rolls in hot oil till brown on all sides. Remove from oil and place on a paper towel to absord any excess fat.
  4. Serve with sweet & Sour Sauce
