Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 (180 g) cans tuna
  • 1 (180 g) can pineapple chunks
  • 1 pinch pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 250°C.
  2. Drain tuna, until no water/oil is left.
  3. Place first tortilla on baking pan.
  4. Spread tuna on tortilla.
  5. Add pineapple.
  6. Add pepper to your liking.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Bake in oven until cheese is melted.
  9. Repeat until all tortillas are used.
