Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 dash onion powder
  • 1 dash pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat pan and drizzle a lil oil in pan.
  2. Add tortilla then crack eggs on top.
  3. You are going to have to move pan in circular motion because your eggs can leak off (but they cook fast.
  4. Cook till golden brown, flip cook for.a few m.
  5. Ins then add soy sauce pepper and onion powder. you can add extras like ham, cheese ect. and fold in half.
  6. Enjoy!
