Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Using a mixer beat together the garlic ,salt ,parsley and cream cheese;add basil,if desired.Cut tomatoes into 12 even slices, about 1/2 ins thick.Spread 6 slices with about 2 tblsp of cream cheese mixture;and top with remaining slices of tomato to make 6 sandwiches.Dip each in flour,then egg mixture and then bread crumbs.Fry on both sides over med heat in a mixture of butter and olive oil until brown.
  2. Garnish with Fresh basil or parsley( optional)
