Creamy Apple Crisp

  1. Preheat oven to 350.F
  2. Put apples in a 2-quart casserole or baking dish.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, flour, egg and vanilla until light.
  4. Stir cream mixture into apples.
  5. For topping, cut butter into oatmeal. flour, sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Spinkle on top of apples.
  7. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden
