Directions:

  1. Cook pasta going by the pack.
  2. Heat oil in a deep pan.
  3. Add garlic and onion cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add the capsicums for about 3 minutes.
  5. Add the pasta sauce and tuna.
  6. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Serve with the cook pasta.
