Tomato Soup Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup shortening
  • 1 (10 oz) can tomato soup
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup raisins (or both i use pecans) or 1/2 cup nuts (or both i use pecans)

Directions:

  1. Cream Sugar and Shortening.
  2. Dissolve Soda in Soup and Combine with all other ingredients.
  3. Pour into a lightly greased and floured 9 X 13 cake pan.
  4. Bake Times 325°F for 1 hour.
