Rogers Tomato Soup Cake (Can't Believe It's Vegan)

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 10 oz tomato soup , 1 can
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp clove
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup raisins (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*.
  2. Cream butter and sugar.
  3. Dissolve baking soda in tomato soup and add to creamed mixture.
  4. Combine flour, cloves and cinnamon and raisons. Add to mixture. Mix well.
  5. Pour batter into 8'x8' cake pan.
  6. Bake 30-35 minutes.
