Ingredients:

  • 4 garlic cloves, - 4 pods
  • 1/2 onion , - 1/2 piece

Directions:

  1. Pressure cook all the above items except salt and pepper.
  2. Cool and blend it to a fine paste using little water.
  3. Pour it through a sieve and boil. Add water if required to get soup consistency.
  4. When the soup begins to boil add the salt and pepper as required. Serve hot with butter and soup sticks.
