Ingredients:

  • 2 quarts of water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups spaghetti
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup cream

Directions:

  1. In a large stock pot add 2 quarts of water, bay leaf, Italian seasonings, salt & pepper and short ribs allow to simmer for 2 hours until tender and falling off the bones (remove bones) .Add diced onions and tomatoes and spaghetti (uncooked)- When the soup is done approximately 20 mins later add cream and serve - if you want to add meat balls to the soup simply make your favorite meatball recipe and cook till done and add at the last minute before serving a few shavings of fresh mozzarella or parmasan cheese and some garlic toast finish this classic - enjoy!
