Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup tomato, diced
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. In a small pan over the medium heat, cook the tomatoes and wine for 20 minutes.
  2. Season to taste, cool and puree.
