Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In skillet, heat corn oil over medium heat, add chops& onion, brown.
  2. Set chops aside.
  3. Add remaining ingradiants; stirring constantly, bring to a boil, return chops to skillet.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
  5. Spoon sauce over pork chops.
  6. (and mashed potatoes if you choose).
