Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Set oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a shallow baking pan.
  3. Mix the crushed crackers with the dry soup mix.
  4. Coat each pork chop in egg.
  5. Roll in cracker/soup mix crumbs.
  6. Place on baking sheet; drizzle with melted butter.
  7. Bake 45-50 minutes, turning over at halfway point.
