Tomato, Cucumber And Basil Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the balsamic vinegar, olive oil and sugar together and put in the refrigerator to chill for about 30 minutes or so. Mine ended up chilling for about an hour.
  2. Slice the tomatoes and cut the cucumber into bite sized pieces. Add the basil and pour the dressing on. Toss and serve.
  3. I like the chilled dressing on top of the still-warm-from-the-garden ingredients. I think next time I will put some red onion in this.
