Tofu Spinach Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute/ onions in oil.
  2. Add in parsley and dill weed and saute.
  3. Add drained spinach.
  4. Add mashed tofu, eggs, margarine and remaining spices.
  5. Cook at 375 for 25 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
