Ingredients:

  • 1/5 block firm tofu
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 dash red pepper
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:

  1. Cut tofu into cubes.
  2. Mix flour and seasonings.
  3. Carefully coat tofu cubes with flour mixture.
  4. Fry over medium-high heat, turning until golden on all sides.
