Ingredients:

  • 1 (300 g) package toppables crackers
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Grease bottom two 9x13-inch pans.
  2. Cover the bottom of the pan with a single layer of crackers.
  3. Boil butter and sugar.
  4. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
  5. Pour over crackers immediately.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  7. Promptly remove from pan and separate.
  8. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
  9. (You can also top with nuts before baking).
