Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine rhubarb, white sugar, and 1/4 cup of the flour in a greased 9 x 13 pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup flour, butter, brown sugar, rolled oats, and cinnamon; gently mix to combine.
  4. Sprinkle on top of the rhubarb.
  5. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until rhubarb is tender.
  6. Serve hot.
