Ingredients:

  • 3 cups natural bran
  • 1 cup flax seed
  • 3 cups milk
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups molasses
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Pour boiling water over bran & flax.
  2. Mix sugar, molasses, butter & eggs.
  3. Mix milk with Vinegar.
  4. Wait 5 minutes then mix with Sugar.
  5. Add rest of ingredients until mixed well.
  6. Put in greased muffin tins 3/4 full.
  7. Bake at 350* for 20 minutes.
